Bereavement Ministry

Whenever the parish office receives a call concerning the loss of a loved one, members of this ministry are notified and serve in the following ways:
 

• Visiting the wake
• Attending the funeral
• Planning and preparing a brunch for the family, if requested.

The ministry also plans an annual Mass of Remembrance.  Members attend bereavement workshops, and offer information nights about planning a living will and emergency procedures.
